Shipping & Delivery

 

•    “Iberries” does shipping across India and deliver on time by professional delivery partners. 

•    Iberries processes its orders within 2 working days for which customers are intimated via email with delivery tracking details once the order is dispatched.

 

•    In India, “iberries” offers free shipping for all 799 plus value prepaid orders. Shipping charges/Cash-handling charge of ₹100 is applicable for all COD orders in India. 

 

•    In India our logistics partner usually deliver the shipment in 2-3 days for metro cities and 5-7 days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. However, I case of any un-controllable events if it gets delayed, same will be informed to the customer via e-mail over registered mail ID. 

•    In India a 10 Digit Indian Mobile Number is mandatory to receive a package delivery within India as an OTP based delivery is followed by our Logistics Partners. Failure to receive the OTP may lead non-delivery of the package which is totally beyond our control and this can incur additional charges if the package returns back to our warehouse. An additional shipping charges will be borne by the customer to reship the package. 

•    International deliveries are catered within 17 days from your order date. If in case any delay happens can be brought to our notice by email at customercare@iberries.in and we will help & update on where-abouts on your order.

•    International shipping charges are as per the weight of the products in your order and will be automatically added to your cart at Check Out.

•    The MRP / Final value paid by customer is exclusive of any import duty/ Charges imposed by that respective country, where the order is getting delivered. Customers are requested to be prompt to pay such duties & get the parcel delivered without any hassle.
